- Lathrop and Manteca · About 20 to 25 minutesWarehousing and manufacturing along I-5 and Highway 120, and the professional offices and clinics that have grown with the towns. Warehouse Wi-Fi, scanner fleets and camera networks are routine work here.
- Stockton and San Joaquin County · About 35 minutesProfessional services, nonprofits, churches, schools and agricultural businesses across the county. Same-day on-site is usually possible; next day is the promise.
- Livermore, Dublin and Pleasanton · About 20 to 30 minutes over the AltamontThe Tri-Valley side of the pass: labs, contractors, professional firms and the many small businesses that moved east with their owners. We cross the Altamont most days.

Mountain House sits at the foot of the pass, which is why one small team can cover Tracy and the Valley on one side and Livermore and the Tri-Valley on the other.

Service area questions
Do you charge for travel?
No. On-site visits inside the service area are part of the agreement. For sites further away we agree a schedule of visits in advance and say so in the quote.
Can you support an office outside this area?
Remote helpdesk, monitoring and security cover businesses anywhere in California. For regular on-site work beyond the towns above we are honest about drive times and will say if another provider is a better fit.
How fast can someone be on site?
Usually the same business day in Tracy and Mountain House, and the same or next day everywhere else in the area. Urgent problems are worked remotely first while a technician is on the way.
